Rocking Louisville with Soulful Indie Music

We are Mak Daddy Revue, where passion intertwines father and son in a dynamic fusion of soul and rock music. When the pandemic brought our School of Rock adventure to a halt, Asa Makowski (son) and Eric Makowski (father) seamlessly transitioned into a new chapter. Together, we, a father-son duo, embarked on an extraordinary journey, resulting in a collection of electrifying originals that continue to captivate audiences and now topping the Billboard Blues Chart with their original song Greenville Girl on the WOA International compilation, Independent Blues Project!

A Musical Odyssey

Our adventure led us to Colorado, where we laid the foundational tracks for four songs with the legendary producer Dale X. Allen (Genuine Cowhide). Returning to Louisville, we collaborated with engineer Dave Chale at DeadBird Studio for overdubs and sought the expertise of our longtime friend and renowned producer Jim Diamond, whose Detroit/Motown influence added the final soulful touch.
